Smoke Beef Cookies

Making the Dough

Smoke Beef, chopped into small size and roasted 30 g

Making the Cookies

Cheddar Cheese, as the topping 50 g
Preparation

Making the Dough
- Whisk the margarine and icing sugar until they are getting smooth. Then, add the egg and whisk them well.
- Add all dry ingredients, except cheddar cheese. Mix them well.

Making the Cookies
- Roll the dough and mold it as you want to.
- Smear the egg yolk and pinch grated cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake the dough in 160°C until they are well done and ready to eat.
