Making the Dough

  • Egg (1 egg) 50.0 g
  • Maizena 20.0 g
  • Medium Protein Flour 375.0 g
  • Milk Powder 20.0 g
  • Baking Powder 3.0 g
  • Cheese, Edam 50.0 g
  • Knorr Chicken Powder 1kg 5.0 g
  • Smoke Beef, chopped into small size and roasted 30.0 g
  • Cake Margarine 250.0 g

Making the Cookies

  • Cheddar Cheese, as the topping 50.0 g
  1. Making the Dough

    1. Whisk the margarine and icing sugar until they are getting smooth. Then, add the egg and whisk them well.
    2. Add all dry ingredients, except cheddar cheese. Mix them well.
  2. Making the Cookies

    1. Roll the dough and mold it as you want to.
    2. Smear the egg yolk and pinch grated cheddar cheese on top.
    3. Bake the dough in 160°C until they are well done and ready to eat.
