  • Baking Powder 0.5 tbsp
  • Cashew, chopped 50.0 g
  • Chocolate Block 115.0 g
  • Cake Margarine 115.0 g

Making Almond Cream Layer

  • Cake Margarine 60.0 g
  • Icing Sugar 65.0 g
  • Almond Powder 65.0 g
  • Eggs 50.0 g
  • Starch, Corn (Maizena) 5.0 g

Combining Pie and Almond Cream Layer

  1. Making the Pie

    1. Mix margarine, the low protein flour, Knorr Mashed potato, icing sugar. Mix them well until they have granular texture. Then, pour the water and mix them well.
    2. After that, put it into the mold using 22cm in diameter mold. Next, bake it in 175⁰C for 15 minutes.
  2. Making the brownies

    1. Mix the sugar and egg using a mixer until they are getting bigger. The, add all purpose flour, chocolate powder, milk powder, and baking powder that have been grained before.
    2. Then, add margarine that has been melted and mix them well. Next, add the melted chocolate block that has been melted by steaming it, then, stir the them well.
    3. After that, add the cashews that have been roasted before and roughly milled and mix the well.
  3. Making Almond Cream Layer

    1. Mix margarine and icing sugar using a mixer until they are soft and smooth. Then, add maizena and almond powder and mix them well.
    2. Next, add the egg and mix them well.
  4. Combining Pie and Almond Cream Layer

    1. Put almond cream layer into the pie that has been molded and bake it at 170⁰C in 10 minutes.
    2. After that, take the pie from the oven and pour the brownies dough on the top of the pie and bake again in 15 minutes.
    3. Then, after 15 minutes, take the pie from the mold and let the temperature be lower.
    4. Last, decorate the top of the pie with sweet potato cream. Also, add the chocolate decor and sprinkle the very top of the pie with the icing sugar.
