Making the Dough

  • Cake Margarine 500.0 g
  • Icing Sugar 300.0 g
  • Egg White 200.0 g
  • Medium Protein Flour 500.0 g
  • Baking Powder 8.0 g
  • Ebi powder 30.0 g
  • Knorr Chicken Powder 5.0 g
  1. Making the Dough

    1. Whisk cake margarine and icing sugar until they are getting smooth. Then, add the egg white and baking powder.
    2. Add other ingredients and mix them well.
  2. Making the Cookies

    1. Put the dough into a piping bag that has been given a plain form mold on the edge of the piping bag. Then, put and arrange the dough into the pan.
    2. Pinch ebi powder on the top.
    3. Bake them in the oven at 150⁰C for 15-17 minutes.
