  • Margarine 150.0 g
  • Refined Sugar 150.0 g
  • Palm Sugar 150.0 g
  • Baking Powder 5.0 g
  • Medium Protein Flour 425.0 g
  • Egg (4 eggs) 200.0 g
  • Ambon Banana, mashed 600.0 g

Preparation

  1. Making Banana Cake

    1. Whisk the margarine and sugar until they are smooth. Then, add the eggs one by one and keep whisking them.
    2. Next, add the medium protein flour and baking powder and mix them well.
    3. After that, add Ambon bananas that have been mashed and mix them well. Then, put them into a mold/paper cup and bake them in 160°C for 45-60 minutes.
