Making Banana Cake
- Whisk the margarine and sugar until they are smooth. Then, add the eggs one by one and keep whisking them.
- Next, add the medium protein flour and baking powder and mix them well.
- After that, add Ambon bananas that have been mashed and mix them well. Then, put them into a mold/paper cup and bake them in 160°C for 45-60 minutes.
