Making the Dough
- Whisk the margarine and refined sugar until they blend well and getting smooth. Then, add the eggs one by one and keep whisking them.
- After that, add the medium protein flour, baking powder, and mix them well.
- Next, add the fruit and mix them well.

Put the dough in a mold/paper cup and bake it in 160°C for 45-60 minutes.
