Ginger & Sesame Chicken

  • Boneless Chicken Thighs, cubed 1 kg
  • Light Soya Sauce 20 ml
  • Pepper 2 g
  • Dark Soy Sauce 10 ml
  • Sugar 10 g
  • Young ginger, peeled and sliced into matchsticks 300 g
  • Ginger, grated 100 g
  • Sesame Oil 400 ml
  • Corn Oil 100 ml
  1. Ginger & Sesame Chicken

    • Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the aromatic ingredients and leave it for a while to reduce the oil.
    • Mix well the marinade ingredients and sauté with aromatic oil.
    • Add the seasoning ingredients and aromatic sautéed ingredients on step 1. Cook them well with little fire for 30 minutes.
    • It is ready to serve.
