Preparation

Preparing the shrimp satay, squid satay, and scallop satay
Put shrimps, squids, and scallops into bamboo sticks and leave them. -
Preparing the fish satay
Twine the minced fish that has been seasoned before into bamboo sticks per 25,5 gr and leave it. -
Make sate platter
Grill all satay and serve it with sambal kecap (sweet soy sauce sambal) and some pickles as the complement.
