Palm Sugar 50.0 g

Vanilla extract / essence 5.0 ml

Wheat Flour 125.0 g

Peanut Jam 125.0 g
Preparation

Preparing the Dough
- Well stirring peanut butter, margarine, sugar powder and palm sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla essence, stir briefly.
- Add flour and baking soda, stir well with spatula.
- Keep in chiller about 15 minutes.

Make the Cookies
- Round @35gr weight of dought, put and set distance on baking sheet, flatten 7cm diameter.
- Bake on 160°C temperature for 20-25 minutes.
