Preparing the Dough

  • Buttery Margarine 100.0 g
  • Powdered Sugar 50.0 g
  • Palm Sugar 50.0 g
  • Vanilla extract / essence 5.0 ml
  • Eggs 30.0 g
  • Wheat Flour 125.0 g
  • Baking Soda 3.0 g
  • Peanut Jam 125.0 g
  1. Preparing the Dough

    • Well stirring peanut butter, margarine, sugar powder and palm sugar.
    • Add egg and vanilla essence, stir briefly.
    • Add flour and baking soda, stir well with spatula.
    • Keep in chiller about 15 minutes.
  2. Make the Cookies

    • Round @35gr weight of dought, put and set distance on baking sheet, flatten 7cm diameter.
    • Bake on 160°C temperature for 20-25 minutes.
