Polka Dot Cake
Colourful is always fun. Once you try to make this polka dot style cake, then it won't be enough to indulge your guests. They will ask for more, again and again.

10 Egg Yolks and 5 Egg Whites 350.0 g

Powdered Sugar 150.0 g

Corn Starch 100.0 g

Milk Powder 15.0 g

Cake Stabilizer 15.0 g

Butter, melted 50.0 g

Cake Margarine 100.0 g

Vanilla Butter 1.0 tsp

Sweetened Condensed Milk 1.0 tbsp

Making the Polka Dots
- Mix egg yolks, egg white, powdered sugar, flour, corn starch, milk powder and cake stabilizer until thick and divide into 6, then give the food colouring (all food colourings) on each batter and pour it on the polka dot plastic loaf and steam for 10 minutes then take it off from the loaf.

Making the Polka Dot Cake
- Mix egg yolks, egg white, powdered sugar, flour, corn starch, milk powder and cake stabilizer until its peak. Then, add butter, margarine, vanilla butter and condensed milk and mix evenly. Divide into 3. Arrange the polka dot into each batter and steam for 10 minutes.
- Steam the next batter for 10 minutes and set aside to cool, then cut to taste.
