Making the cake dough

  • Egg (6 eggs) 300.0 g
  • Egg Yolk (10 egg yolks) 200.0 g
  • Stabilizer 17.0 g
  • Plain Flour/ All-purpose Flour 165.0 g
  • Corn Flour 15.0 g
  • Milk Powder 15.0 g
  • Cake Margarine 190.0 g

Making the butter cream

  • White Shortening 600.0 g
  • Cake Margarine 200.0 g
  • Simple Syrup 450.0 g
  • Soft Cream 200.0 g
  1. Making the cake dough

    1. Whisk the egg, sugar, and stabilizer. After that, add all dry ingredients until it’s getting coagulated.
    2. Add melted margarine and stir them well. Divide the dough into 3 parts and colour each part using food colouring with different colour.
  2. Baking the cake

    1. Put the dough into a baking dish.
    2. Bake in the oven at 180oC until it’s ready to serve.
  3. Making the butter cream

    1. Whisk well white shortening and margarine.
    2. Add some simple syrup and soft cream. Mix them again until it’s getting smooth.
  4. Decorating the cake

    Cover all the surface cake with butter cream. Take the butter cream you need and steam the cake. Give color as you want to. Put food coloring you need for each and apply on all sides of the cake using palette and decorate it as you want to.
