Making the butter cream

  1. Making the cake dough

    1. Whisk the egg, sugar, and stabilizer. After that, add all dry ingredients until it’s getting coagulate.
    2. Add melted Blue Band Master Cake Margarine and stir them well. Divide the dough into 3 parts and color each part using food coloring with different color.
  2. Baking the cake

    1. Put the dough into a baking dish.
    2. Bake in the oven at 180oC until it’s ready to serve.
  3. Making the butter cream

    1. Whisk well Blue Band Master White Cream Fat and Blue Band Master Cake Margarine.
    2. Add some simple syrup and soft cream. Mix them again until it’s getting smooth.
  4. Decorating the cake

    Cover all the surface cake with butter cream. Take the butter cream you need and steam the cake. Give color as you want to. Put food coloring you need for each and apply on all sides of the cake using palette and decorate it as you want to.
