Making Surabaya Layer Cake
- Whisk the eggs, sugar, and stabilizer until they expand.
- Add the sieved flour, Maizena and mix them well.
- Then, add the melted/whisked margarine and mix them well. Divide the dough into 3.
- Give the first dough with chocolate paste, 10 g chocolate powder and let the rest stand on their yellow colour and move into a baking pan of 24x24x4 cm.
- Bake the dough in the oven at 180⁰ C for about 30 minutes.
