Making the dough

  • Cake Margarine 150.0 g
  • Icing Sugar 130.0 g
  • Egg Yolk 2.0 pc
  • Plain Flour/ All-purpose Flour 240.0 g
  • Milk Powder 15.0 g
  • Green Tea 8.0 g
  • Some vanilla
  • Almond Powder 30.0 g
  • Melted White Chocolate 110.0 g
  1. Making the dough

    1. Whisk margarine and sugar until soft and smooth. The, add the egg and mix them well.
    2. Add other ingredients, mix them well.
    3. Roll the dough like a pipe and keep in the chiller about 30 minutes.
  2. Baking the cookies

    1. Slice the dough and decorate the top side with almond or peanut.
    2. Bake in the oven at 150oC until it’s ready to serve.
