Green Tea Cookies
Perfect combination of green tea and crunchy cookies.

Ingredients
Making the dough

Cake Margarine 150 g

Icing Sugar 130 g

Egg Yolk 2 pc

Plain Flour/ All-purpose Flour 240 g

Milk Powder 15 g

Green Tea 8 g

Some vanilla

Almond Powder 30 g

Melted White Chocolate 110 g
Preparation

Making the dough
- Whisk margarine and sugar until soft and smooth. The, add the egg and mix them well.
- Add other ingredients, mix them well.
- Roll the dough like a pipe and keep in the chiller about 30 minutes.

Baking the cookies
- Slice the dough and decorate the top side with almond or peanut.
- Bake in the oven at 150oC until it’s ready to serve.
